Are you struggling with sleepless nights or restless days?
I can help you achieve restful, restorative sleep using evidence-based strategies tailored to your needs.
I am trained to provide Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I), the gold standard in non-medication treatment for sleep issues.
Through this approach, we can address the underlying causes of insomnia and empower you with tools to:
Break the cycle of sleeplessness
Quiet a racing mind
Establish a healthy sleep routine
Improve energy and focus during the day
Whether you’ve tried everything or are just beginning your journey to better sleep, our program integrates practical methods with holistic practices like relaxation techniques, yoga nidra, and mindfulness-based interventions for a well-rounded path to improved sleep health.

I will review your completed intake forms prior to your first appointment with me. We’ll start by discussing what’s going on right now with your sleep, and take a closer look at your health history. RestPractices
Rest as a Practice
Rest isn’t just about sleep—it’s about cultivating the discipline and permission to make rest a mandatory, nourishing part of your life. If you wake up every day full of dread, even after a full night’s sleep, something deeper is at play.
I help overwhelmed people with zero time or energy develop a sustainable rest practice—because rest is the foundation for everything else. Together, we’ll create a plan that honors your whole self and helps you move from surviving to thriving.
Session Information
-
Divine Sleep® Yoga Nidra Session
Divine Sleep Yoga Nidra is a guided meditation practice designed to bring deep relaxation and rest to the body and mind. Often referred to as "yogic sleep," it’s a state of conscious relaxation that helps you reach a deeply restful state similar to sleep, without actually falling asleep. The practice involves lying down in a comfortable position while being guided through a series of body scans, breathwork, and visualizations.
-
Restorative Yoga Session
Restorative yoga is a gentle, calming practice focused on deep relaxation and stress relief. It involves holding simple poses for extended periods, supported by props like blankets and bolsters, to allow the body to fully relax and release tension. The goal is to restore balance, calm the nervous system, and promote overall healing and well-being through mindful, restful movement.
-
iRest Yoga Nidra Meditation
iRest yoga nidra meditation is a form of guided meditation designed to promote deep relaxation, emotional healing, and psychological well-being. It combines elements of mindfulness, body awareness, and breathwork to help individuals process and release stress, trauma, and negative emotions. iRest encourages a state of relaxed awareness, helping practitioners cultivate a sense of inner peace and self-acceptance, while also supporting emotional resilience and mental clarity. It’s often used to improve sleep, reduce anxiety, and enhance overall emotional balance.
-
Guided Forest Therapy (off-site)
Guided Forest Therapy, also known as Shinrin-yoku or "forest bathing," is a practice that involves immersing oneself in nature to promote mental, emotional, and physical well-being. Participants are guided through a series of activities designed to deepen their connection to the natural environment, such as mindful walking, sensory awareness exercises, and quiet reflection. The goal is to reduce stress, enhance mood, and boost immune function by fostering a calming connection to nature, allowing participants to experience the healing power of the natural world through all their senses.
-
Vibroacoustic Therapy Session
Vibroacoustic Therapy (VAT) uses sound vibrations to promote physical and emotional healing. Specially designed equipment, such as sound tables or chairs, emits low-frequency vibrations that resonate with the body, stimulating relaxation and encouraging the release of tension. The vibrations can help reduce pain, improve circulation, alleviate stress, and promote overall well-being by stimulating the body's cells and nervous system. Vibroacoustic therapy is often used to support those with anxiety, chronic pain, and sleep issues, as well as to enhance mood and relaxation.
